 I've been in this industry for well over 5 years and I've noticed a huge problem. So many people, coaches, and gym owners have a warped perception of what health really means. When searching online, you usually run into three archetypes or ideologies.

1) That we need to eat a certain way or change our "diet" drastically to achieve any ounce of weight loss, known as the all or nothing approach.

​

2) That workouts have to be extremely intense to the point of regurgitating whatever you ate for lunch, this is to make you "feel" like you had a great workout but is usually counterproductive in the long run.

3) That it's their way or the highway. If the program is not tailored to your specific lifestyle, then you will not adhere to it after a few months. Coaches achieved their results with a certain lifestyle, and it will not work for you.
